In the web version there are two ways to change/reset your password:

1) Please tap on “Forgot password?” button while on the Sign In screen, right above the “Log In” button. Forgot Password screen will appear, once you input your email and tap on “Get Instructions” button, we will immediately send you password reset instructions to stated e-mail, note e-mail must be registered with Infolio.

2) It is possible to change password while you are inside the app. In order to change password please tap on your username credentials on lower left corner, proceed to Settings, Change Password, input new password and save changes.

In order to restore password on iPad version please tap on “Forgot password?” button while on the Sign In screen, right above the “Log In” button. You will be taken to Forgot Password screen and asked for your e-mail, note e-mail must be registered with Infolio. Once you input your email and tap on “Reset password” button, we will immediately send you password reset instructions to stated e-mail.
